14. HDD SET

Use these settings when an extra hard disk has been added.
When these settings are made after an extra hard disk has been installed, the hard disks will be in the initialized
condition with all recorded images erased. Any important recorded images should be stored on a computer.
PLAYBACK DRIVE
If mirroring recording with this unit has been
enabled (the MIRRORING display is [ON]), this
will set the disk drive from which the recorded
data is to be read.
What is MIRRORING?
Recording the same data on two internal hard disks is called
Mirroring.

Select [DISK 1 or DISK 2] from the pull-
down menu on the screen.
• DISK 1: Data will be read from Disk 1
• DISK 2: Data will be read from Disk 2

Click [SAVE].

15. POWER FAILURE/USED TIME

This displays the number of power failures and period of time the main unit has been used for
recording.

POWER FAILURE
Shows the number of power failures, date/time of
occurrence, date/time of recovery.

USED TIME
Shows the period of usage of this unit.
• DISK1 USE: Total recording time for Disk 1
• DISK2 USE: Total recording time for Disk 2
• POWER: Total time the unit has been switched on

FIRMWARE
Shows firmware version.
