Error code

If there is error during scanning, the error LED will be flashed in red and error codes will be
displayed. Refer the following table to clear the error conditions.
Error Problem/Cause
E01 Scanning speed is too fast.
E02 No micro SD card is inserted.

E03 Micro SD card full or card error
E04 Scanner time out. No scan in 30 seconds.
E06 Calibration error
No scan data detected. (Users press the

Scan button again without moving the
scanner.)
Low battery warning

none Vertical lines appeared on images (The
glass and rollers of scanner are dirty.)
none Images look distorted. (Scanning speed is
too fast.)
Should the scanner feel warm to the touch?
It is normal for the scanner to emit a small amount of heat after
prolonged use or especially during the battery charge. However, if
there are strange odors coming from the scanner or the scanner
feels a little bit hot to the touch, turn the scanner off
immediately.
Solution
Press the Scan button to restore and
rescan in a lower speed.
Insert a micro SD card and then press
the Scan button to restore.
Free more space or insert a new micro
TM
SD card.
Press the Scan button to restore and
try again.
Recalibrate the scanner.
Press the Scan button to restore and
rescan.
Press the Scan button to restore and
then charge the battery.
Clean the glass and rollers with the
supplied cleaning cloth.
Scan again in a lower speed (SP0).
