Start up
6.1 Installing and changing batteries
6.1.1 Installing batteries
Open the battery compartment on the back by
turning the battery compartment cover counter-
clockwise with a coin or a wide, flat screwdriver (on
the battery cover on the marked stop "Open").

Insert the provided Lithium battery CR 2016, with
correct polarity in accordance with the polarity
markings in the battery compartment (positive pole
at top).
Close the battery cover by putting the battery
compartment cover in place and turning it counter-
clockwise until the cover is positioned properly (on
the battery compartment cover on marked stop
"Closed").
6.1.2 Changing batteries
Caution!
Danger of explosion if battery is replaced
improperly. The Lithium button cell must be short-
circuit proof!
Instructions for disposal!
Used batteries are not to be disposed
of with the house-hold waste! Please
dispose them at your local battery collection point!
If there is no reaction from the device that you want to
control when you press a button or if the flash-code
for empty batteries is shown, the used battery is to be
