Verify that the power cable

is plugged into the power outlet in the
wall.
Verify that the network cable
is plugged into the network outlet in the

wall. The network cable must be
plugged into the OTN-dedicated
network outlet.
Verify that the Power is turned On
Three power switch on this system

• Two at the back
• One on the front
Power light located along the top of the
unit to the left of the camera. It should
be displayed as orange when system is
on.
Verify that lens cover is open.

If cover is open, screen will show self
view or room image. If cover is closed,
screen will be black.
Place call to site using the directory
Press the directory button on the

remote. Scroll down the list and highlight
the desired location. Press the green Call
button to connect.
Pick up the remote control.
Unmute your videoconferencing sound

by pressing the "Mute" button on the
remote control.
