    USING THE ELECTRONIC KITCHEN TIMER The kitchen timer allows you to monitor time for cooking and other tasks. It does not start or stoop the oven. See the "Using the Timed Oven Control" section (p. 28) to start and stop the oven automatically. It can be set in hours and minutes up to 12 hours, 59 minutes.

    READJUSTING THE OVEN TEMPERATURE (OPTIONAL) Although your new oven is properly adjusted to provide accurate temperatures, faster or slower than your old oven. If you are not satisfied with the baking/roasting results, you can change the temperature by following the steps below. Press and hold BAKE for 5 seconds.

The Warm & Ready warming drawer is ideal for keeping hot cooked foods at serving temperature and raising/proofing bread.

    HOW THE CYCLE WORKS The SENS-A-CLEAN Self-Cleaning cycle uses temperatures much hotter than normal oven use to break up and burn away soil and grease. The oven is equipped with a sensor that evaluates by-products released from burning off baked-on food and cleans accordingly.
