Safety Definitions
Follow all DANGER, WARNING, IMPORTANT, and NOTE messages in this User Guide. These safety messages
are defined and formatted as follows:
DANGER or WARNING: Means you risk bodily harm and/or possible loss of life.
IMPORTANT: Means the information demands special attention, or that you risk damage to the vehicle or the tool.
NOTE: Provides clarity and helpful tips.
The safety messages cover situations BOSCH is aware of. BOSCH cannot know, evaluate, or advise you as to all
of the possible hazards. You must be certain that any conditions or service procedures encountered do not
jeopardize your personal safety.
Consult the User Guide whenever the DANGER or WARNING symbol ( ) appears on the MVCI. It is important to
follow the actions detailed in the User Guide.
