• Products whose serial number has been removed making the unit warranty condition impossible to clearly
determine.
BOSCH shall not be liable for loss of data or other incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of
this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including the
warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the applicable warranty period
set forth above. BOSCH shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including
without limitation any loss of profits) arising from the use of this product or for any breach of this warranty.
This limited warranty gives BOSCH specific legal rights, and BOSCH may have other rights that vary from country
to country. BOSCH must consult the applicable country laws for a full determination of BOSCH's rights. This
limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect any rights arising out of any contract of sale or by statute. In
the event that any product (or part thereof) is replaced, BOSCH shall transfer ownership of the replacement
product (or part) to the customer and the customer shall transfer ownership of the replaced product (or part) to
BOSCH.
