Enter/edit appointments

The telephone can manage 30 different - one-time or daily recurring - appointments. In addition,
it will remind you of an entered appointment by a signal tone right at the entered start time. The
appointment list allows you to view all entered appointments and to select them for editing. In
order to enter a new appointment, just select the entry "new entry".

New entry:
7. Enter the appointment via the numeric
keypad.

Editing:

Erasing:

Every time you press the button, the display
switches between the available functions.
The display shows "appointments".
The display shows the first existing entry or
"new entry".
The display shows "edit entry" or the entry
field as for "new entry".
As for a one-time appointment which will be
erased after being executed, just enter the
corresponding time and date.
If you do not enter a date, this will indicate
that a daily recurring appointment is meant.
The display shows "enter information".
The display shows the entry.
The appointment is stored.
The display shows "enter appointment:".
The changes are saved.
The appointment is erased.
