APPENDIX-3 TROUBLESHOOTING

Should any of the following problems arise, refer to the relevant section listed below.
Scanner cannot be turned on.
Refer to Chapter 5.2 Troubleshooting "Symptom1" of the fi-4860C2 Operator's Guide.
The operator panel LCD goes out.
Refer to Chapter 5.2 Troubleshooting "Symptom2" of the fi-4860C2 Operator's Guide.
Scanning does not start.

Quality of scanned pictures and photographs is not satisfactory.

Check LED starts blinking right after power on.
