ALARM OPERATION

Setting Alarm 1
1.
With the unit in standby mode, press and hold the ALARM button until the Alarm 1 time digits blink.
2.
Tap the TUN +/-
/
button repeatedly to set alarm hour.
3.
Tap the VOLUME +/- button repeatedly to set alarm minute
Note: Press and hold the

Tap the ALARM button again and source indicator

Tap the VOLUME +/- button to select wake up alarm source from iPod, Beep or radio.
To select wake to iPhone/iPod, the
"iPod" indicator blinks.
To select wake to beep alarm, the
"BEEP" indicator blinks.
To select wake to radio, the
"RADIO" indicator blinks.
Set maximum alarm sound level (apply to wake to iPhone/iPod or radio only)

Press the ALARM button and the volume level digits display.

Press the VOLUME +/- button to set maximum alarm sound level you desired.
Setting Alarm 2

Press the ALARM button once more and the Alarm 2 time digits blink.
10. Repeat steps 2 to 8 above to set alarm 2 while the LCD shows the alarm 2 indicator
11. Tap the ALARM button to finish dual alarms set up.
Exit alarm setting mode
To save settings of Alarm 1 and exit the setting mode without setting Alarm 2, wait for few seconds.
Enable daily alarm
1.
Tap the ALARM button once to enable alarm 1, the alarm 1 indicator
2.
Tap the ALARM button again to enable alarm 2, the alarm 2 indicator
3.
Tap the ALARM button once more to enable both alarm 1 & 2, the alarm 1&2 indicators
display.
4.
To disable all alarms, tap the ALARM button again until all alarm indicators disappear from display.
Note:

To activate the daily alarm, the alarm source indicator "

When "Wake to Radio" is selected, make sure the radio station you want to wake to is tuned.

When "Wake to iPod/iPhone" is selected, make sure the music that you want to play on your
iPod/iPhone is selected before you place the unit into standby mode. If "Wake to iPhone/iPod" is
selected but your iPhone/iPod has not been docked, the alarm source will be redirected to the
Beep alarm automatically when the alarm time is reached.
Wake to Beep alarm
*
When the alarm time is reached, the alarm source indicator blinks and the beep alarm will sound
for three minutes.

It goes into auto-Snooze mode if no button has been pressed. The alarm source indicator blinks.
The alarm turns off for the snooze time (around 10 minutes) then comes on again.

You may activate the snooze function after the alarm sounds by pressing the SNOOZE
button. The alarm stops for the snooze time (around 10 minutes) then comes again.

The snooze operation (including auto-snooze and manual snooze) can be repeated 3 times.
*
To cancel the snooze before it expires, press the ALARM button.
*
To stop the alarm immediately after the beep alarm sounds, you can also press the ALARM
button. It resets itself for the following day.
