Water softener unit (optional)

Setting the water softener

^ Switch off the machine with the Z
button.
^ Press and hold A and 6 at the
same time and, whilst doing so,
switch the machine on with the On
button Y.
The current programme status "P..."
will show in the display.
The indicator light p will come on.
^ Press button y once. 1 will appear
in the display (Programming level 1).
^ Press button z once.
1.01 will appear in the display.
^ Press button A once. The water
hardnesss level set will appear in the
display, e.g. 19. This is the factory
default setting of 19 °d (3.4 mmol).
^ Press A as many times as
necessary, or hold it in until the
required value (hardness level in °d)
appears in the display.
Once the number 35 has been
reached, the counter will begin again
at 0.
^ Press 6. SP will appear in the
display.
^ Press 6 again. The setting will now
be stored in the memory. The
machine is no longer in programming
mode.
