Installation Warnings:

This appliance shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation
instructions, local gas fitting regulations, municipal building codes, electrical wiring
regulations, the AGA gas installation code and any other relevant statutory
regulations.
!
Failure to follow all of the requirements may result in property damage, bodily
injury, or even death.
!
This fireplace must be installed by a qualified installer who has gone through a
training program for the installation of direct vent gas appliances.
!
This appliance must be installed in accordance with all local codes, if any; if not, in
U.S.A. follow ANSI Z223.1 and NFPA 54(88), in Canada follow B-149.
!
The 35 CB is designed to operate on natural gas or propane (LP).
!
All exhaust gases must be vented outside the structure of the living-area.
Combustion air is drawn from outside the living-area structure.
