Dialing with Call Charge Assign-
ment
You can assign external calls to certain projects.
Prerequisite: Project numbers (1 - 5) are configured for
certain projects and you have an account code (project
code) for the project.

Dialing with project assignment

Open the service menu

Enter a service code between 61 (for project number 1)
and 65 (for project number 5).

Enter the PIN.

Open the service menu
Select and confirm.
Confirm the option shown.
if nec.
Select and confirm PIN2 to PIN5.

Enter the number of the external station.
Then make a call as usual
Project assignment is temporary. It is automati-
cally switched off if you have not used your pho-
ne, for example, for five minutes.
