TROUBLESHOOTING

Probable cause
No power to opener
Controls not programmed
Transmitter is not programmed
Weak/dead Transmitter battery
Wall Station is not programmed.
Weak/dead Wall Station battery
Install routine has not been performed
Blown fuse
Tripped circuit breaker
Motor not connected
Obstruction encountered
Out of balance condition
Possible broken spring or out of balance
condition.
Cables are not on drum properly
Thermal delay: The door has cycled eight
times in a five minute period
Obstruction test failure
Door is out of balance
Door limits are set improperly
"Frozen relay" test error
Misalignment of light fixture to opener
The opener is disengaged from the torque tube.
Disconnect cable has slipped inside of the
handle.
