SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

The operator shall perform the daily in-
spection of the tractor for preventing the
loosening of the joints, holders and fas-
teners, leaks of the coolant and oil, for
removing the dirtying of the tractor's
mechanisms as well as carry out the
scheduled maintenance for ensuring the
tractor operability, fire safety and safety
in fulfilling various missions as a part
of the machine-tractor aggregate.
Directions for Operation and Servic-
ing of the Hydraulic Systems of RHL
and HPS:
• When servicing the hydraulic systems
of the rear hitch linkage and the
steering controls of the tractor, it is a
must to strictly observe the change
intervals of filter elements and oil. DO
NOT use oils (for filling refilling) which
are not recommended in the tractor
Operation and Service Manual.
• Prior to filling or changing of filter
elements, be sure to clean the filler
plugs, necks, filter caps and the sur-
faces adjoining thereto from dust and
dirt. When changing the filter ele-
ments, wash the inner surfaces of fil-
ter housings and caps in diesel-fuel.
• When coupling the tractor with hy-
draulically-operated agricultural ma-
chines, thoroughly clean couplings,
unions, adaptors and other connect-
ing hardware on the agricultural ma-
chine and on the tractor.

** In case of installation of a new or over-hauled fuel pump.
• When the rear hitch linkage is operated
under high loads (as well as when run-
ning with hydraulically-operated agricul-
tural machines) and is filled with oil of
unknown origin, it is a good practice to
change the filter elements more fre-
quently.
Keep it always in mind that clean oil
in the hydraulic system guarantees
its trouble-free operation.
