ADJUSTING PARAMETERS OF THE Д-260.1/Д-260.1S2 ENGINE
Oil pressure in a warmed-up engine lubrication system at
the rated speed of the crankshaft
Coolant temperature in the cooling system
Driving belt sagging at the force of 40 N (4 kgf) applied to
the alternator-crankshaft side of the belt transmission
Rocking arm face-to-valve stem end-face clearance on a
cold engine, for::
• admission valves
• exhaust valves
Injection angle setting to TDC
Needle lift commencement pressure in the injection
atomizer
Tightening torques for basic threaded joints:
• cylinder head fastening bolts
• main bearings bolts
• nuts to connecting-rod bearing bolts
• flywheel fastening bolts
• counterweight fastening bolts
• injection fastening bolts
• crankshaft pulley bolts
• oil centrifugal filter shell nuts
• torque vibration damper fastening bolts
• air-cleaner butterfly nuts
