Move cursor with E to select items.

^ Cursor does not appear for unselectable items.
When pointer navigation is active (below),
use G to move W. When
press b to select the item.

is On by default. (Pointer navigation is canceled for Yahoo!
Keitai but active for PC Site Browser.)
^ Alternatively, press f for 1+ seconds to toggle pointer
navigation on/off.
