ITEM ROUTINE
Engine oil Replace.(Warm engine before draining).
Replace.
Engine oil filter cartridge
Engine oil strainer* Clean.
Final gear oil
Check for oil leakage.
Replace every 12 months.
Differential gear oil
Check operation/fuid leakage.(See NOTE page 8).
Front brake*
Correct if necessary.
Adjust if necessary.
Rear brake*
Check operation.
Check operation.
Select lever safety system
Adjust if necessary.
cable*
Check operation.
V-belt*
Check for cracks or damage.
Check balance/damage/runout.
Wheel*
Repair if necessary.
Check bearing assemblies for losseness/damage.
Wheel bearing*
Replace if damaged.
Front and rear Check operation.
suspension* Correct if necessary.
Check operation./Replace if damaged.
Steering system*
Check toe-in./Adjust if necessary.
Drive shaft universal joint* Lubricate with lithium-soap-based grease.
Check operation.
Axle boots*
Replace if damaged.
