CHANGING THE PRINT SETTINGS
FOR THE TRANSACTION REPORT
(TRANSACTION REPORT)
Overview
A transaction report is automatically printed out to alert you when a
transmission fails or when a broadcast transmission is performed.
The transaction report contains a description of the transmission
(date, start time, name of other party, time required, number of
pages, result, etc.).
• INFORMATION APPEARING IN THE RESULT COLUMN
Transaction reports are printed based on conditions set in the setting
mode; however, you can temporarily select different conditions for a
transmission.
• T r a n s a c t i o n r e p o r t s a r e p r i n t e d b a s e d o n c o n d i t i o n s s e t i n
" S e t t i n g m o d e " ; h o w e v e r , y o u c a n t e m p o r a r i l y s e l e c t d i f f e r e n t
c o n d i t i o n s f o r a t r a n s m i s s i o n .
• F o r a b r o a d c a s t t r a n s m i s s i o n , c h a n g e s t o t h e t r a n s a c t i o n
r e p o r t p r i n t c o n d i t i o n s a p p l y t o a l l d e s t i n a t i o n s .
