The following mainteneance items should be conducted on the machine. For the items not described in these
instructions, ask an authorised service workshop.

Maintenance

Cleaning
Check the engine's oil level
Check / clean the engine's cooling air inlets
Check the fuel pump's air filter
Check the steering wires
Check the battery
Check the safety system
Check screws and nuts
Check for fuel and oil leakage
Clean around the silencer
Check the silencer
Check the cutting unit
Check the tyre pressures 60 kPa/8.5 PSI
Lubricating the belt adjuster
Lubricate joints and shafts
Clean the foam element in the air filter
Check the V-belts
Clean the hydrostat's cooling fins
Change the engine oil
Check the transmission's oil level
Adjusting the parking brake
Check and adjust the throttle wire
Check and adjust the choke wire
Clean the engine's and hydrostat's cooling flanges
Clean/Replace the paper element in the air filter
Clean dust and dirt from cylinder and
cylinder head fins
Tighten screws and nuts
Replace the fuel filter
Clean and replace spark plugs
Change the oil filter
Check and adjust valve clearence
Clean the engine's and hydrostat's cooling flanges
Clean combustion chambers
Clean and lap valve seating surface
Check the need of an oil change

For daily use of the machine, lubrication should be conducted twice a week.

First change after 8 hours. Replace after every 50 hours with heavy loads or high temperatures.

No service procedures must be conducted on the engine or cutting unit unless:
The engine is switched off.
The ignition key is removed.
The ignition cable is removed from the plug.
