Checking the send tray
Press an icon in the send tray to display the Check Send To screen, where you can check the address list
registered in the send tray.
Also you can specify whether to encrypt the E-mail message and whether to attach the digital signature to
the message.

- To encrypt an E-mail based on S/MIME or attach the digital signature when sending an E-mail, "ON"
must be selected for "S/MIME Communication Setting" in Administrator Settings. For details on
configuring settings for S/MIME sending, refer to the "User's Guide [Network Administrator]".
- To encrypt an E-mail, a certificate must be registered in the E-mail address.
- To attach a digital signature to E-mail message, a device certificate must be registered in this machine.

Press this button to configure settings for E-mail encryption based on S/MIME
and digital signature attachment.
This setting is available when "ON" is selected for "S/MIME Communication
Setting" of Administrator Settings, and E-mail is selected.
Press this button to check the detailed information of the address.
Press this button to delete the selected address.
