Description
Displays the user name and icon of the user who is currently logged in.
Scan a document or retrieve a document from a User Box or the external
memory.
Displays the thumbnail view or the list of the document read into the Read
Data area.
Switches the desktop area display between the list display and thumbnail
view.
Displays an auxiliary message such as operating instructions.
Displays the date and current time.
If an alert occurs, an alert icon appears.
Edit the page, combine and change settings of the document after it is
scanned.
Switches the display between the send tray and edit tool display.
For details on the send tray, refer to page 6-14.
Specify a destination of the read document.
