Administrator Settings
Auto Delete Secure Document
Select the period from a time a security document is saved to a time it is deleted automatically.
Reference

In Delete Time, specify 5 minutes to 12 hours (on a 1-minute basis), 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 7 days, or
30 days.

When not deleting a document, select [Save].
Encrypted PDF Delete Time
Select the period from a time an encrypted PDF file is saved to a time it is deleted automatically.
