FORWARD TO VOICE MAIL
1. Select the Forward to VM soft key on
the display.
2. Press Drop key.
CANCEL FORWARDING
1. Select the
soft key on the
display.
2. Scroll down using the navigator key
3. Press the "Canc fwd" Key
4. Press Drop key.
PROGRAM FUNCTION KEYS
*Programmable keys are located on the "Perso" page
and are any SOFT keys with ..... Displayed on the
screen.
PROGRAM PERSONALSPEED DIALS
1. Press the
button on the handset
2. Select the desired function key
4. Select Speed Dial soft key
5. Enter number from dial pad.
6. Press OK
7. Enter name from keyboard
8. Press OK
9. Press Drop key
*Remember to include line access
code for external numbers
*Use the "Navigator Dial" down
arrow to scroll through all available
keys on the handset.
*Edit or Delete speed dials by following the
programming steps and selecting Clear and OK or re-
selecting name or number to edit the existing entry.
VOICE MAIL
INITIALISE
1. Lift Handset
2. Press Mail key
3. When prompted, enter a new 4 digit
password and press #
4. When prompted speak your name and
press #
6. Press # to confirm
*No answer diversion to Voice Mail is automatic
once voicemail has been initialized.
CUSTOMISING YOUR VOICEMAIL
GREETING
1. Lift Handset
2. Dial 500
3. Enter your extension number
4. Enter your password.
5. Dial 9 to access settings menu
6. Dial 1 to select personal greeting
7. Dial 1 to record personal greeting
8. Speak your greeting and press # when
finished.
9. Press # to accept greeting.
*
You may include in your greeting an option to
press 0 to be transferred to the switchboard
RETRIEVE MESSAGES
When a new message has been received,
the Mail key will illuminate orange.
1. Lift Handset.
2. Press illuminated Mail key
3. Select Voice soft key.
4. Enter your password when prompted.
5. Follow the onscreen prompts to play and
clear the message
RETRIEVE MISSED CALL (TXT Call)
When the Mail key is illuminated and there
are no voice mail messages.
1. Press illuminated Mail key.
2. Select Read TXT soft key
3. Select unanswered internal call or
unanswered external call
4. Missed calls will display on screen
5. To dial, select soft key next to desired
call.
