MAKE A CALL
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial required number.
3. Speak to caller
*
Remember to dial line access code: 1
DIAL BY NAME
1. Type first 3 letters of the name using the
handset keyboard.
2. Scroll through names using the
Navigator arrows.
3. Select the OK key on the screen
REDIALLING A NUMBER
LAST NUMBER REDIAL:
1. Lift handset.
2. Press the Redial button to redial the last
number dialed.
REDIAL LIST:
Press and hold the Redial key for 2 seconds to
display the last 10 numbers called from the
handset. Select the displayed number using the
Navigator arrows. Press OK to make the call.
MAKE AN ENQUIRY CALL
1. Whilst in conversation
select New Call
2. Dial required number.
3. Speak to caller.
* To swap between the 2 calls,
select the soft key next to the
desired held call on the display.

RECEIVE A CALL

1. Lift Handset.
2. Speak to Caller.
ANSWER HANDSFREE
1. Press Speaker button.
CALL PICKUP - Group
1. Lift handset or activate headset.
2. Press F1 button
CALL PICKUP – Directed
1. Lift handset or activate headset
2. Dial #6 and the extension number that is
ringing.
ANSWER A SECOND CALL
1. Whilst in conversation
select the ringing line.
2. 1 call is automatically

placed on hold and 2 call is answered.

*To swap between the 2 calls, select
the soft key next to the desired held

HOLD A CALL
1. Press the HOLD key on the screen
*Held call will display as a "music note"
RETRIEVE HELD CALL
1. Press the key next to the
"music note" icon on the display

TRANSFER A CALL

1. Inform caller you are transferring the
call.
2. Select New Call soft key.
3. Dial required number – internal,
external or speed dial
4. Announce call when answered
(optional).
5. Select Transfer soft key to complete
transfer.
6. Replace handset
*If the extension is busy, does not answer
or the caller does not accept the call press
the DROP key then retrieve the held call
3-WAY CALL
1. Make or receive first call.
2. Select New Call soft key.
3. Dial 2 number required.

4. Select the Conf soft key to connect all
parties.
5. Speak to both parties.

CALL FORWARD

To Set an Immediate diversion from your extension
1. Select the Forward soft key on the
display.
2. Enter destination number and press OK.
* Whilst active, the arrow on the top
right of the screen will be animated.
