Meaning
PLL is unlocked.
Cooling fan does not work.
Audio output from the PHONES terminal exceeds the maximum allowable
current, or the terminal has short-circuited.
DC outputs from the ANTENNA IN connectors exceed the maximum allowable
current, or the connectors have short-circuited.
The data of the CPU EEP ROM is not correct.
The data of the RF EEP ROM is not correct.
