Press the ENTER key.
Your setting becomes valid, and the unit returns to the
Menu Item Selection mode.
To cancel the change
Press the MENU key instead of the ENTER key.
The unit returns to Menu Item Selection mode, canceling
the change.
To finish making menu settings
Press the MENU key again.
The normal status display is restored.

Changing the Frequency

Select "RF Center Freq." in steps 2 and 3 above.
When you change the Ch (channel) number, the frequency
changes in 12-MHz steps (see the table below).
When you press the right-arrow cursor key, the frequency
number begins flashing. Then you can change
thefrequency with the up- and down-arrow cursor keys in
1-MHz steps.
If you select a frequency that does not coincide with any of
the Ch1 to Ch7 frequencies, the left channel column shows
Ch-.

The selectable range is from 2406 to 2478 MHz with both
steps.

Error Messages

Error Messages
If an error is generated, the ALARM indicator flashes, and
"Warning" and one of the following error messages are
displayed on the LCD:
Hardware Error
Cause: Trouble has occurred in the hardware.
Measures: Consult with a person in charge of service.
Tuner Synth Alarm
Cause: The receiving frequency cannot be set.
Measures: Consult with a person in charge of service.
IF Not Connected
Cause: The down-converter has not been connected.
Measures: Check the connection and securely connect the
down-converter to the IF INPUT connector.
IF IN DC Protected
Cause: The protection circuit for phantom power for the IF
input is activated.
Measures: Turn off the receiver unit, and check that the
connection to the IF INPUT connector is not short-
circuited.
Low Voltage
Cause: The power voltage is too low (only when DC power
is used).
Measures: Check the voltage of the DC power being
supplied.
RF Level Is Too Low
Cause: The receiving RF level is too low.
Measures: Check the transmission and reception
conditions.
Check, for example, whether the distance from the
transmitter is too long, or if the frequency setup is
different between the transmitter and the receiver.
RF Level Is Too High
Cause: The receiving RF level is too high.
Measures: Check the transmission and reception
conditions.
Check, for example, whether the distance from the
transmitter is too short.
Loss of Frame
Cause: OFDM-modulated signals cannot be demodulated
because of a receiving error.
Measures: Check for nearby magnetic fields, and establish
an environment that assures stable reception.
RS Packet Error
Cause: Data are missing because of a receiving error.
Measures: Check for nearby magnetic fields, and establish
an environment that assures stable reception.
