The event priorities are as follows:
Symbol Meaning
This type of event can only be remedied through intervention at the device by the
installer.
Please contact your installer with the device serial number and the event number.

There are 3 different types of event which the Sunny WebBox displays using symbols:
• Information
• Warning
• Error
Symbols and Meaning of Event Types
Events can have 3 different statuses:
• Incoming: the event is occurring.
• In progress: the event has existed for some time and could not yet be automatically remedied.
• Outgoing: the event has come to an end.
