15.3.1

Toner recycling mechanism

• The Cleaning Blade pressed up against the surface of the Photo Conductor scrapes
residual toner off the surface. The toner is then conveyed by the Toner Conveying Rollers
1/2 to the Recycling Duct and eventually back to the Developer Mixing Chamber.
• Since the toner is thus recovered back to the Developer Mixing Chamber, there is no
Waste Toner Bottle mounted in the machine.
