1. The coded data stored in SDRAM is read while subjecting it to file management.
2. The coded data is uncompressed in relation to the original binary data.
3. The data undergoes reduction, if recording paper of an adequate size is not avail-
able in fax reception.
4. The image data is temporarily stored in SDRAM for image rotation, if it is to be
rotated or edited.
5. Resolution conversion is then carried out to match the resolution received by the
fax with that of the printer engine.
6. For PC print, SET processing is performed, in which resolution is enhanced.
