Fail-safe operation
-
Turns starter switch signal OFF.
-
Adjusts engine coolant to a specific tem-
perature. Maintains radiator fan "ON" to
prevent overheating.
Sets in regular fuel map, and retards
ignition timing by 5'.
Controls the amount of fuel (injected) in
relation to engine speed and throttle
valve position.
Prevents abnormal engine speed using
"fuel cut" in relation to engine speed, ve-
hicle speed and throttle valve position.
Sets throttle position sensor's voltage
output to a fixed value.

Sets vehicle speed signal to a fixed val-
ue.

Cut off the fuel when throttle valve is fully
opened under heavy loads .
Cut off the fuel when throttle valve is fully
opened under heavy loads.
