[380] First Communicator Option Code
Option Description
[1] the system communicator is enabled.
ON:
OFF: the communicator is disabled.
the system transmits alarm restorals if the zone is restored and the bell has timed out.
[2] ON:
OFF: the system transmits alarm restorals immediately when the zone is restored.
the panel uses rotary (pulse) dialing. OFF: the panel uses DTMF (touchtone) dialing.
[3] ON:
[4] the panel will switch from DTMF dialing to rotary dialing after the 4th failed attempt to communicate.
ON:
the panel will use DTMF dialing for all dialing attempts.
OFF:
[5] the system uses the Third Phone Number to back up the First Phone Number.
ON:
the Third Phone Number is disabled.
OFF:
[6] the system alternates between the First Phone Number and Third Phone Number when attempting to report an event.

[3] ON : the system uses programmed reporting codes when transmitting using the SIA format.
