Use
^ Press the h "Start" button. The heater plate lowers
and the roller turns.
^ Select the roller speed slow or fast, depending on
dampness and type of laundry.
^ The rotary iron is ready to operate when the % "Hea-
ting" indicator goes out.

Testing the finger guard

The finger guard is a safety feature and should be
checked before each use of the rotary iron.
^ Lift the finger guard.
The roller stops and the heater plate rises off the rol-
ler.
^ Turn the iron on again with the h "Start" button.
