manual.

Fireplace is leveled and secured. (Pg. 14)
Hearth extension size/height decided. (Pg. 14 & 37)
Outside air kit installed. (Pg. 16)
Optional Heat Zone has been installed by a qualified service technician. (Pg. 18)
Chimney Section 5 (Pg. 24)
Chimney configuration complies with diagrams.
Chimney installed, locked and secured in place with proper clearance.
Chimney air kit installed.
Firestops installed.
Attic insulation shields installed.
Roof flashing installed and sealed.
Terminations installed and sealed.

All packaging and protective materials removed.
Firebrick, baffle and ceramic blanket installed correctly.
Facia and doors properly installed.
Manual bag and all of its contents are removed from inside/under the fireplace and
given to the party responsible for use and operation.
All packaging materials are removed from inside/under the fireplace.
Hearth & Home Technologies recommends the following:
• Photographing the installation and copying this checklist for your file.
• That this checklist remain visible at all times on the fireplace until the installation is complete.
