MOD Live FAQ
MOD LIVE REMOTE CONTROLLER
Why is the remote controller flashing blue several times?
This indicates that the remote controller is paired to MOD Live but not connected. Press any
button on the remote. Then check your goggles: the remote controller status indicator icon
should be blue. This means that it's now connected to MOD Live.
If the remote controller flashes red, it's not paired or connected. Re-pair the remote controller
with your unit. See the section, Pairing a Remote, later in this guide.
Steps to take:
1. Check if your remote controller has lost connectivity with MOD Live. Hold the goggles to
your face, and check the status indicator after you press any button on the remote. The
status indicator should be blue.
2. Re-pair the remote controller with your unit. See the section, Pairing a Remote, later in this
guide.
3. If the remote controller flashes blue and red, it may be damaged or malfunctioning.
Contact Recon Support on how to send back the unit for maintenance. We will provide a
replacement remote controller.
