G. Statutory Warranties
It is expressly provided that this Warranty or any terms
and conditions of it or any other literature provided to
the Vendee shall not be read or aoolied so as to
purport to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect
of so doing the application in relation to the supply of
the Unit of all or any of the provrsions of divisron 2 and
2a of Part V of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 (the Act)
as amended or the exercise of a right conferred by such
provision or any liability of the Manufacturer or its
Authorised Distributors for breach of a condition or
warranty implied by such provisions or any other
condition or warranty implied by any relevant State Act
or Territorian Ordinance or by the General Law and
which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or
modified provided that to the extent that the Act
permrts the Manufacturer to limit his liability for a
breach of a condition or warranty implied by the Act
then the Manufacturer's
liability for such breach shall
be li,.nited to the payment of the cost of replacrng or
repairing the goocls or acquiring equivalent goods.
