"FORMATTING...." will appear on the screen.
Formatting should take approximately five
seconds or less.
"FORMAT COMPLETED!" will be displayed on
the screen when formatting the hard drive is
finished.
The DVR locks all the buttons after three minutes
of inactivity. The buttons can be unlocked with
the user password. The default is on.
By default, the DVR emits a beep every time a
button is pressed. Set the key tone to off to turn
button beep off.
