As shown in the figure, the 9 pins in
the head are divided into the upper
8 pins and the lowest pin, which
print in the order of the first and
second bytes. These two bytes
together control the pattern for a
single dot position.
In the figure, data will be sent in the following order.
CHR$(170);CHR$(128) ;CHR$(85);CHR$(O);
As two bytes of data are required to print one dot position, the
number of dot positions printed is half of the total number of data
sent (nl and nz).
For the procedure to obtain nl and nz, refer to ESC K.
