The FX printer has 7 different 8-pin Bit image modes. The mode
assigned at power ON is as specified by one of ESC K, ESC L, ESC Y
or ESC Z or ESC

mode. For example, 1:1 row:column dot printing (Plotter Graphics)
(corresponds to ESC
