Gas Pressure Fryer
STEP ACTION
1 Press the FILTER/OFF/FRY
switch to FRY.
2 Press PROG on the keypad.
3 Input 1712 and ENTER.
4 Press ENTER.
5 Press TOGGLE/CLEAR until
the desired option is displayed.
6 Press ENTER.
7 Press TOGGLE/CLEAR until
the desired option is displayed.
8 Press ENTER.
9 Press TOGGLE/CLEAR until
the desired option is displayed.
10 Press ENTER.
11 Press TOGGLE/CLEAR and
input the number of fry cycles
you want to complete among
all product programs before
enabling filter lockout.
12 Press ENTER.
13 Press PROG to exit the
programming mode.
