Operating the CD Player
You operate the CD player with the
same controls used for the radio.
With the ignition switch in the
ACCESSORY (I) or the ON (II)
position, insert the disc into the CD
slot. Push the disc in halfway, the
drive will pull it in the rest of the way
and begin to play. The number of the
track that is playing is shown in the
display.
For best results when using CD-R/
CD-RW discs, use only high quality
discs labelled for audio use. When
recording a CD-R/CD-RW, the
recording must be closed in order
for the disc to be used by CD players.
Do not use discs with adhesive labels.
The label can curl up and cause the
disc to jam in the unit.

In all cases, play only standard round
discs. Odd-shaped CDs may jam in
the drive or cause other problems.
You cannot load and play 8-cm (3-in)
discs in this system.

When the system reaches the end of
the disc, it will return to the begin-
ning and play the disc again.
