CHARCOAL GRILL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Tools needed for assembly:
1. Phillips screwdriver
2. 11/32", 3/8" & 7/16" nut driver
3. adjustable or 7/16" wrench
4. hammer for wheel nuts
(2) #8-32 x 3/8" Philips Head Bolt & Locknut, Attach
swivel Stack Vent to grill lid. (in seperate plastic bag)
(24) 1/4 - 20 x 5/8" Hex Head Bolt & Lockwasher,
All applications where threads are provided
(2) Push Nut, Hold Wheels on Axle
(2) Axle Spacer, Fits between wheel and Axle Support Brace

(8) #10 - 24 x 3/8" Philips Head Bolt, Lockwasher
& Locknut, Attach Stacks to grill lid
(12) 1/4 - 20 x 5/8" Hex Head Bolt, Lockwasher
& Nut, Fasten Base Bars together
(8) #10 - 24 x 1" Carriage Bolt, Lockwasher
& Nut, Attach Shelf to Shelf Support Brackets

Step 1.

On a flat surface (table or floor), OPEN AND EMPTY ALL BOXES. REFER
TO THE CONTENTS LIST TO BE SURE NO PARTS ARE
MISSING. Tighten all factory installed fasteners that may have loosened
during shipping.
Step 2.
Refer to Figure 2. Select the following parts for assembly:
1. Stand Tube
2. (2) Stand Tube Support
3. (2) Mid-braces, Left & Right
4. Axle Brace
5. (2) Stand Foot
6. Axle

Set stand tube upright with the end having 4 holes on floor. Place tube sup-
ports against each side of tube, aligning four holes on each side. Start, but
don't tighten, eight 1/4 - 20 x 5/8" bolts and lock washers.

Select left mid-brace. Place it as shown in Figure 2. Be sure notches are up
and narrow flange is away from stand tube. Start, but don't tighten, two 1/4 -
20 x 5/8" bolts, lock washers and nuts. Repeat for right mid-brace.
