Chapter 6: Plumbing
• Read the Freshwater Sys-
tem section in
the Sport Boat Owner's
Manual.
• Your boat is equipped
with a pressure type
(demand) freshwater
(potable) system.
• This system is pressur-
ized by turning On the
freshwater pump switch.
Observe the following about
the freshwater system:
• Turn the freshwater
pump switch Off when
the boat is not in use or
the water tank is empty.
• Inspect and clean the
water filter often (located
on the water pump).
• When your boat is to be
left unattended for long
periods of time, pump
the water tank dry to pre-
vent stored water from
becoming stagnant
and distasteful.
• If the freshwater system
needs to be disinfected,
ask your dealer about
treatments available for
your boat's system.
