Opening the Settings menu

^ If the commercial dishwasher is on,
press the - button to turn it off.
^ Press and hold the Start/Stop button.
^ Turn the commercial dishwasher on
with the - button and hold the Start /
Stop button down for at least 4 more
seconds.
The first option of the Settings menu will
appear in the display and all the
indicator lights will come on.

^ Select the menu setting you wish to
change.
