4-4. Reassembly

Reassembly the parts in the reverse procedure to assembly. Note the following points:
Properly lubricate the parts requiring lubrication, particularly the roller sliding part on the frication.
Check the follow sliding parts:
1. Switch Lever
2. Friction roller
3. Cassette holding plate R
4. gears
Check clearance in the follow parts:
1. Paper feed shaft
2. Lead screw shaft
3. Carrier (above and below the rear end)
Check for backlash between gears.
Backlash in each gear
Check the shapes of the follow springs:
1. Lever holding
2. Ribbon cam spring
3. Ribbon clutch spring
4. Friction spring
Check the print head assembly
Check the print head assembly's QC number write in black ink. Never use another mode of head.
