• Place fabric pieces right sides together.
135 PE/145:
• Select the basting stitch (#14 on the 135 PE and #15 on the 145)

• Baste a / " seam along one edge of the fabric using the following steps:

- Position fabric under the presser foot and sew one stitch; hold threads when starting.
- Pull the fabric from behind, creating the desired stitch length.
- Continue in this manner until the seam is complete.
125:
• Select Straight Stitch #1; adjust the length to 5mm
• Baste a 5 / " seam along one edge of the fabric.

Note: Loosening the top tension makes the stitches easier to remove.
