Grasp the handlebar with one hand and the centre part of the front

frame with the other hand. Lift the front frame off of the rear frame
and simply roll the front section away from the rear by maintaining
balance on the front wheel.

The steering tiller can be folded down as follows:
Pull handle (A) down, while, at the same time pulling down the steering tiller.

Use caution when folding down the steering tiller to avoid getting
your fingers jammed.
