Freewheel hub

– Lightly compress the spreader ring
together with the freewheel

Assemble in the reverse order, paying attention to the following items:
– Inspect the parts for damage or wear.
– Replace any damaged or worn parts.
– Oil the freewheel
– Insert the starter gear
– The starter gear should turn in a clockwise direction and lock in a
counterclockwise direction.

Ignition cover / stator

– Pull the cable support sleeve
– Remove the screw
– Remove the screws
– Pull out the bearing
suitable bit.
Assemble in the reverse order, paying attention to the following items:
– Inspect the parts for damage or wear.
– Replace any damaged or worn parts.
– Degrease the thread on the screws, apply Loctite 243 and tighten to
6 Nm.
– Press in a new bearing with a suitable press/drift tool until flush.
