WAP-VKIT User Manual
Note: the CTL-W5N controller stores all configuration values and applies them to the wireless
access points. There is no management in the wireless access points themselves. In addition, you
can add wireless access points to the network; the controller will automatically configure the
new wireless access points, based on its stored values.

Controller Network Defaults

 IP address and netmask for the controller: 192.168.1.240 / 255.255.255.0
 Username- admin, Password- pakedgec
 DHCP server address: 192.168.1.99
 Gateway server address: 192.168.1.99
 DNS server address: 192.168.1.99
 Network domain name: pakedge

VLAN Defaults

NOTE: The predefined VLANs correspond to the Pakedge RSB-Kxx Router and Switch VLAN Kit.
The WAP-VKIT was preconfigured to have the same IP ranges and other values. It is important
not to change these ranges.

Wireless Defaults

4.3.1.
The ESS was preconfigured to work with the RSB-Kxx. The following table shows how the SSIDs
are mapped to the VLANs. Note that Pakedge_Maintenance is a hidden SSID.
