8.3.2 Cassette / Paper Selection

The cassette and paper selection is performed by using two parameters of the key operator mode.
When "b" is fixed to tray 1, 2, 3 or 4, "a" becomes invalid.
Only when "b" is set to Auto, "a" becomes valid.
Bypass cannot be specified as fix-tray.
Page dividing function becomes invalid when the tray is fixed.

"Tray selection to Rx" .......... Auto, Tray 1, Tray 2, Tray 3 and Tray 4 ......................................... b

Forced Memory Reception

• Set in the key operator-Special setting.
• When this setting is set to OFF, display and actions related to the forced memory reception
are not performed. In addition, you can not perform operations. If this setting is not set, the
following forced memory reception function used is also set to disabled.
• Set in the key operator setting.
• When this setting is set to disabled, the forced memory reception actions are not performed
at reception. In addition, you can not display, erase and print the forced memory reception
documents. The forced memory reception documents are displayed on the main menu irrelevant
to this setting.
• Four digits (four-digit number, default 0000)
• Set in the key operator setting.
• This setting is required to display, delete or print the forced memory reception documents.
• When there is the forced memory reception function, and it is used, the forced memory reception
action is performed.
• It is possible to receive up to 100 forced memory reception jobs including the normal reception
and the substitute reception. When 100 forced memory reception jobs are received, machine
will not catch the line. (Except the case that the polled transmission documents and bulletin
board documents are registered.)
